Edith Adie

With my fellow volunteer researchers, Sandra Crozier and John Devonshire, of National Trust Dyffryn House and Gardens I have been researching into the life of Edith Helena Adie (1864-1947) who painted a series of watercolours of the gardens at Dyffryn in the summer of 1923. These beautiful paintings are in the collection of the Royal Horticultural Society’s Lindley Library in London.
